Its hard to believe in less than 24 hours we will be celebrating Pesach, the holiday in which Hashem took us out of Galus. It also marks 3 years that we entered into our own personal Galus. It was not our own though, it was shared by thousands around the globe. B”H we will be celebrating this year our personal redemption and IY”H hope to share this with all the cholim in need of their Yeshua.
It is difficult for me to share the good news, knowing our “brother’s and sister’s” are still fighting to win their redemption. But, someone told me, just as we can learn from the story of Yitzias Mitzrayim, Hashem can bring the Geulah and Yeshua at any time. B”H we have been able to experience the feeling of Redemption everyday and are so eternally grateful.
There is not a day or night that goes by that my heart, tears and Tefillos plead with Hashem that the same miracle be bestowed on our dear friends fighting this machla.
As we conclude with the final stages of cleaning and burning out our Chometz, let us have in mind our baby brethren. Let the foreign invaders in their bodies be cleaned out completely and allow for only pure and healthy “cells” to grow.
To catch you up a bit on Benny, he B”H is enjoying school and his friends.
This past Purim we had the merit of celebrating our nephew’s Bar Mitzvah in Eretz Yisroel. We were Zoche to take Benny with us which was incredible. Going to Eretz Yisroel is something Benny has talked about probably from the time he learned to talk. He had a chance to Daven at the Kosel for himself and for his dear friends in need of a Refuah and some in need of Shidduchim. He really got it! He also had a chance to meet his cousins who have Davened and continue to Daven for him on a daily basis. It was quite emotional. Unfortunately, the trip was short and we were not able to meet the many more friends that have Davened for Benny and to thank them in person. IY”H we hope to be back soon.
As the final hours arrive of riding our Chometz, let us have in mind the Cholim. Just as we throw away the Chometz and burn it, so too, it should be a zechus for the Cholim in that the foreign invaders inside their bodies be destroyed with the chometz and be replaced by healthy cells only insuring a complete Refuah Shlema.
Wishing you all a Chag Kosher V’ Sameach and may we Celebrate the Geulah Shlema together this coming year.
